She is a disabled DEI executive, diversity advisor, and keynote/TEDx Speaker, as well as the Co-Founder and CDO of Your Invisible Disability Group, whose mission is to empower, equip, educate and include individuals with disabilities. Recreationally, she enjoys 20+ adapted sports. Notable awards she’s been the recipient of include: Women of Color STEM, ITSMF Ivory Dove, and INSIGHT Into Diversity – Inspiring Leaders in STEM.
