Key Responsibilities
- Partner with front office stakeholders (corporate, sponsor, and institutional clients) to identify high impact AI use cases across lending, derivatives, and structured products workflows.dice 2
- Design and implement Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers that connect Claude to internal systems such as CRMs, data warehouses, risk platforms, and knowledge bases.sundeepteki 1
- Build, test, and deploy Claude sub agents and agent skills that automate research, documentation, risk analysis, and client communication within production workflows.aicodex 2
- Develop data pipelines and analytics platforms to feed clean, governed data into LLM powered applications for pricing, scenario analysis, and risk reporting.linkedin 2
- Own the full lifecycle of AI solutions: requirements gathering, architecture, implementation, evaluation, monitoring, and continuous improvement.taggd 2
- Implement prompt engineering, tool use, and extended thinking patterns for Claude to ensure reliability, safety, and guardrails aligned with Mizuho s risk and compliance standards.apply.Client 1
- Collaborate with technology, risk, compliance, and operations teams to integrate AI services with existing microservices, APIs, and event driven architectures.linkedin 2

- Document architectures, operating procedures, and best practices, and mentor engineers and business users on leveraging Claude safely and effectively.taggd 1
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics, or related quantitative field.dice 2
- 3–7 years in a technical, customer facing role (software engineering, data engineering, analytics, or financial engineering) with direct stakeholder interaction.aicodex 2
- Proven experience building and deploying GenAI/LLM solutions in production or client environments, preferably with Anthropic Claude (API, Claude for Enterprise, tool use, extended thinking, Claude Code).apply.Client 2
- Strong programming skills in Python (e.g., numpy, pandas, scipy, scikit learn, LangChain/LangGraph) and at least one of TypeScript/JavaScript or Java; solid SQL skills for data access and modeling.dice 2
- Hands on experience integrating AI solutions with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP) and common services (compute, storage, IAM, networking).sundeepteki 1
- Track record of shipping reliable, maintainable, well documented software in production environments, ideally in financial services or capital markets.aicodex 2
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex business problems into practical AI solutions and explain trade offs to non technical stakeholders.
