Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in enterprise networking technologies and a proven track record designing, implementing, and maintaining complex network infrastructures.
- Design, deploy, and manage enterprise network solutions utilizing Arista, routing/switching, Nokia, and Palo Alto technologies
- Troubleshoot and resolve network performance issues and outages
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement network security and optimization strategies
- Maintain and update network documentation and configurations
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members
- Evaluate and recommend network infrastructure improvements
- 7 years of professional networking experience at the engineer level
- Advanced proficiency with Arista switching platforms
- Strong expertise in routing and switching protocols and architecture
- Hands-on experience with Nokia networking equipment
- Demonstrated experience with Palo Alto firewall and security solutions
- Solid understanding of cloud networking and integration (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Preferred: CCIE (Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert) certification
- Acceptable: CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional) certification or equivalent industry certifications
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
- Capable of working in data center environments with varying temperature and noise levels
- Comfortable with climbing ladders and working at heights for equipment installation and maintenance
- Ability to stand, walk, and move about the workplace for extended periods
- Willingness to perform on-call support and emergency response duties as needed
- Experience with network automation and scripting (Python, Ansible)
- Knowledge of SD-WAN technologies
- Familiarity with network monitoring and analytics tools
- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
