Requirements:
Senior-level SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Engineer
Strong, proven hands-on SailPoint ISC (IdentityNow) implementation experience.
Not primarily an IIQ (IdentityIQ) resource with limited ISC exposure.
Immediate Contributor
Able to independently own and deliver SailPoint ISC projects from Day 1.
Requires minimal guidance, training, or mentoring.
Application Onboarding Expertise
Deep experience onboarding applications into SailPoint ISC.
Capable of executing end-to-end onboarding activities autonomously.
Strong Technical Depth
Hands-on engineering and development background.
Ability to implement, configure, troubleshoot, and optimize SailPoint ISC solutions.
Enterprise-Scale Experience
Experience delivering Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) initiatives in large enterprise environments.
Familiarity with governance, compliance, and access management processes.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Recent SailPoint ISC implementation experience.
Demonstrated success delivering ISC projects independently.
Physical Requirements
Ability to work in a fully remote environment with reliable internet connectivity and a secure home office setup.
Capability to attend virtual meetings via Zoom during standard business hours with clear audio and video.
Ability to use standard computer peripherals and equipment (keyboard, mouse, monitor, headset).
Proficiency with typing and extended computer use throughout the workday.
Ability to focus and concentrate on complex technical work for extended periods.
Capability to communicate clearly and effectively in written and verbal formats.
