Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced Senior Power Platform Developer with 11 years of overall IT experience and deep expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.
- The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement enterprise-scale business solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and Azure services.
- This role requires strong technical leadership, solution architecture expertise, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to mentor development teams while delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Power Apps (Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Power Pages).
- Develop and optimize business process automation using Power Automate Cloud Flows and Desktop Flows.
- Design scalable data models and implement solutions using Microsoft Dataverse.
- Build custom integrations using REST APIs, Custom Connectors, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Azure Service Bus.
- Develop interactive dashboards and business intelligence reports using Power BI.
- Implement intelligent automation solutions using Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and Generative AI capabilities.
- Define and implement Power Platform governance, security, environment strategy, ALM, and CI/CD best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Lead solution design sessions, perform code reviews, and mentor junior developers.
- Troubleshoot production issues, optimize application performance, and ensure platform reliability.
- Prepare technical documentation, solution design documents, deployment guides, and operational support documentation.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
