Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Power Platform Developer with 11 years of overall IT experience and deep expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement enterprise-scale business solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and Azure services.
This role requires strong technical leadership, solution architecture expertise, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to mentor development teams while delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Power Apps (Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Power Pages).
Develop and optimize business process automation using Power Automate Cloud Flows and Desktop Flows.
Design scalable data models and implement solutions using Microsoft Dataverse.
Build custom integrations using REST APIs, Custom Connectors, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Azure Service Bus.
Develop interactive dashboards and business intelligence reports using Power BI.
Implement intelligent automation solutions using Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and Generative AI capabilities.
Define and implement Power Platform governance, security, environment strategy, ALM, and CI/CD best practices.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Lead solution design sessions, perform code reviews, and mentor junior developers.
