Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced Senior Insurity Functional Solution Architect with deep expertise in the Insurity platform and Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain .
- The ideal candidate will lead functional solution design and business transformation initiatives across Policy Administration, Billing, Claims, and Digital modules.
- This role requires extensive experience in business analysis, solution architecture, stakeholder management, and successful delivery of Insurity implementation and modernization programs.
- Lead the functional architecture and end-to-end solution design for Insurity Policy, Billing, Claims, and Digital modules.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into scalable functional solutions.
- Design target business processes, workflows, operational models, and product configurations aligned with business objectives.
- Serve as the primary functional liaison between business users, product owners, implementation teams, and technical architects.
- Conduct solution workshops, business process mapping sessions, gap analysis, and functional impact assessments.
- Prepare functional specifications, user stories, business process flows, configuration documents, and other project artifacts.
- Drive best practices for platform configuration, business process standardization, and Insurity platform adoption.
- Support system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), production readiness, and change management activities.
- Provide functional leadership throughout implementation, migration, modernization, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure business requirements are accurately implemented.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for process improvements while ensuring successful project delivery.
- Ensure solutions comply with insurance industry standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational governance.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, Insurance, or a related field.
- 8 years of experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance industry.
- 5 years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting the Insurity platform.
- Strong functional expertise across:
- Policy Administration
- Billing
- Claims
- Digital modules
- Strong understanding of the complete insurance policy lifecycle, underwriting, billing, claims processing, and customer servicing.
- Proven experience in:

- Experience leading large-scale Insurance Digital Transformation and modernization programs.
- Strong understanding of:
