Job Description:
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java)
- Experience implementing cloud contact center platforms, preferably Amazon Connect
- Strong expertise with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform)
- Ability to architect and implement AWS applications and networking
- Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jules) and version control (Bitbucket, Git)
- Ability to rapidly build proof-of-concepts and scale them into enterprise solutions
- Advanced knowledge of application and infrastructure architecture principles
- Knowledge of voice technologies (e.g., WebRTC), call recording, and telephony platforms (plus)
- Experience troubleshooting, monitoring, and production support in large environments using tools such as Splunk, Datadog, and CloudWatch
- Experience building and supporting enterprise solutions on AWS
- Strong understanding of contact center operations (required)
- AI skills: conversational AI speech analytics integrations; GenAI/LLM use for agent assist/summarization/knowledge retrieval, with responsible AI practices (PII, controls, guardrails)

Job Title: AWS Amazon Connect Product Manager
Location : Plano, TX

Job Description:
- Proven enterprise product management experience defining, launching, and supporting complex software or customer experience products
- Strong ability to translate business objectives, customer needs, and operational constraints into clear product strategy, roadmaps, and prioritized requirements
- Hands-on experience partnering with engineering, architecture, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver cloud-based platforms and integrations
- Experience leading product discovery, migration planning, adoption, and cost/performance optimization initiatives
- Working knowledge of Agile delivery, backlog management, release planning, SDLC practices, and source-control enabled delivery workflows
- Track record of driving high-impact, reliable, and scalable outcomes in complex enterprise environments
- Data-driven approach to product decisions, including KPI definition, analytics, customer feedback, experimentation, and benefits realization
- Experience defining user journeys, process flows, APIs/integration requirements, and acceptance criteria for technical delivery teams
- Preferred: Product Management certification such as CSPO, Pragmatic, or equivalent; cloud platform familiarity including AWS is beneficial
- A big plus: Amazon Connect/contact center exposure, omnichannel service operations, telephony, IVR, WebRTC, and agent/customer experience familiarity
- Ability to leverage AI capabilities (e.g., GenAI-assisted discovery, market/customer analysis, prioritization, automation, and insight generation) to accelerate product outcomes
