Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery.
- Define scope, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and success criteria.
- Manage risks, issues, changes, budgets, and project governance.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Provide clear project status updates and drive timely decisions.
- Ensure projects follow established delivery lifecycle and methodologies.
- Proactively identify obstacles and implement mitigation strategies.
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5–7 years of project management or consulting experience.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Experience with large-scale change initiatives and matrix organizations.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Banking, financial services, or software industry experience preferred.
- PMP certification preferred.
