Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Azure Architect to design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Azure governance, regional landing zones, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to drive enterprise-scale cloud deployments.
Key Responsibilities
Design and architect Azure solutions aligned with organizational governance policies and compliance requirements Establish and maintain regional landing zones to enable secure, scalable cloud deployments Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep Implement Azure governance frameworks, policies, and cost optimization strategies Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical architecture Provide technical leadership and mentoring to cloud engineering teams
Required Skills & Experience
Azure Foundation: Comprehensive knowledge of Azure core services, subscriptions, resource groups, and management tools Governance: Expertise in Azure Policy, role-based access control (RBAC), compliance frameworks, and security standards Regional Landing Zones: Experience designing and implementing Azure landing zones across multiple regions with proper isolation and connectivity Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Proficiency with Terraform, ARM templates, Bicep, or similar IaC tools for automated deployments Azure certifications (AZ-305 or equivalent) strongly preferred Minimum 5+ years of cloud architecture experience
Physical Requirements
The successful candidate must be able to sit for extended periods, use a computer workstation, and participate in video conferences. Ability to travel for client meetings and training sessions (up to 25% annually) is required.
