Insertion Operator First Shift Mon-Tues, and Thurs-Sat 7:00 am - 3:00 pm

What does a successful Inserter Operator do at ***?
You will join the team and receive training on our world class Inserting equipment. You will set up, maintain, and troubleshoot the insert machine to produce accurate work on a timely basis. You will conduct quality checks and perform other tasks depending on workload.
What you will do:
Operate a variety of insert machines manufactured by Client and Bluecrest
Adapt and multitask as production volume changes without advanced notice
Conduct quality checks to verify that the inserted materials are accurate and separate any damaged mail
Stage materials after job run for warehouse pickup
What you will need to have:
Experience using a computer for data entry
Proficiency in spoken and written English
Ability to perform basic math to support various job responsibilities
Ability to stand 95% of your shift and safely lift up to 40 pounds without assistance
Must be able to reach above shoulders, climb, squat, kneel and bend often
What would be great to have:
A high school diploma, equivalent work, or a combination of work, education and military experience
1 year of fast-paced production environment
1 year of experience in operating inserting machines
Important info about this role:
Eligible to earn shift differential pay for working 2nd or 3rd shifts
Flexibility in schedule to work required overtime that includes weekends and holidays
