POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Training Workshop Facilitator to develop and deliver training workshops on Microsoft 365 Copilot and Excel. Working with our Architect, you will lead up to 20 training sessions covering Copilot Fundamentals, Intro to Copilot in Excel, Advanced Copilot in Excel, and Excel office hours/Q&A.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and deliver up to 20 training workshops on Copilot and Excel Create engaging content on Copilot Fundamentals, M365 Copilot, and Researcher tools Teach participants to use natural language in Excel for data analysis and visualization Facilitate advanced Excel sessions for complex use cases and large datasets Conduct office hours and Q&A sessions for participant support Collaborate with the Architect on training content and delivery Maintain attendance records and gather participant feedback Develop training materials and handouts Stay current with Copilot and Excel updates
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of training delivery or instructional design experience Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Expertise with Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI tools Strong presentation and communication skills Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Technology, or related field (or equivalent)
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to stand for extended periods during training sessions Ability to lift and carry materials up to 25 pounds Ability to operate computer equipment and write on whiteboards Clear speech and hearing to communicate with participants Ability to move about training facilities or virtual spaces
