The first step in our process is understanding the client - you. We will spend time understanding your business, long-term and short-term objectives, culture, and background. If needed, we can visit your workplace to get a thorough understanding of the roles and responsibilities of the ideal candidate that you're looking for.
 
 

Customized recruitment plan

Once we gather all the details, we will develop a tailor-made recruitment plan just for you. We have a large network of job seekers and talented candidates who may currently not be actively looking for a new job, but may be interested in a good offer. We also use our strategic alliances, personal networks, and contacts at professional organizations to widen our search.

Shortlisting and verification of candidates

Once we identify the right candidates, we will start with customized interviews to start the shortlisting process. The top candidates will have the hard and soft skills that are necessary for the profile. We also have the ability to conduct background checks and professional references. The chosen few will then be sent to you. We work closely with you to help you select the best candidate and finalize the job offer.
 
 

Finalizing the job offer and follow-up

We have an ongoing follow-up process where we work with you and the candidate to ensure that the on boarding process goes without a hitch. We will continue to be in touch with you post start to ensure that the candidate is the right fit for the role.

What happens when I contact ApTask?

You will be asked about your organization’s hiring needs and your contact details. Role specific questions will also be asked regarding the preferred start date of the role, salary range, skills and experience requirements, working hours, interview preferences and the location. Usually the placement fee will be confirmed or hourly rate quoted on the phone for you to make a decision. This will also be confirmed via email along with a copy of the ApTask terms of business outlining the conditions of our services. There is no obligation to our services at this stage, whereby the onus is on ApTask to source fantastic candidates that meet your recruitment needs. Based upon your agreement to proceed with hiring a candidate or hiring temp staff, you we will be allocate to an ApTask Account Manager who will become your point of contact thereafter, this account manager will liaise with other specialist recruiters within the employment agency to fulfill your staffing needs.

How does ApTask source the best candidates?

ApTask has built a process using AI/ML/DL and RPA to make recruitment easier and faster for our clients.
Does ApTask offer replacement guarantees if things don’t work out?
Absolutely! We do expect candidates we have sourced to be very well matched to the roles. ApTask does however guarantee to provide you with an alternative candidate for the same position if the original candidate departs or is dismissed within 3 months due to non-performance. In our experience 3 months provides plenty of time for a candidate to settle comfortably into the role.. Perhaps our clients’ high retention rate is because we spend so much time carefully matching candidate motivation, personality, aspirations, skills and achievements to the client’s needs in order to source the perfect candidate.
