Job Title: Business Development Manager
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Manager to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of new logo acquisition, consultative selling, and revenue generation within the IT/Technology services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target new clients and business opportunities.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through proactive hunting and networking.
- Develop relationships with CXO and senior-level decision-makers.
- Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Understand client needs and position relevant IT services and solutions.
- Achieve and exceed revenue and new client acquisition targets.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in B2B/IT services sales or business development.
- Proven hunter profile with strong new logo acquisition experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong understanding of technology services and solution selling.
