As a Nurse Reviewer, you will be responsible for:
Ensures excellent customer service internally and/or externally.
Generates required program reports or documentation accurately and on time.
Actively participates in the development of departmental procedures and process documentation.
Uses subject matter expertise in everyday tasks to meet the team s objectives, make recommendations based on the interpretation/synthesis of data, and assess team needs to determine action.
Proactively identifies opportunities for process improvement.
Assists in the planning and or execution of special projects.
Ensures the protection of sensitive information.
Resolves technical and subject matter issues.
Collaborating with others to identify and resolve issues or process improvements.
Acts as a liaison within group and throughout organization to meet client needs and coordinate service delivery.
Adhering to standard operating procedures (SOP s).
Assisting with the creation, documentation, and implementation of departmental procedures.
Participating in meetings and being a dependable resource on assigned projects.
Assists management with escalations when applicable.
Assists with training.
Effectively escalates issues and acts as first point of escalation for Associate I.
Requirements:
Bachelor s Degree in relevant field or 1 – 3 years equivalent work experience. (Nursing degree preferred)
3 plus years of experience working in specialized area related to this role.
Demonstrates outstanding internal and external client service skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Effective problem-solving ability.
Able to adapt to constantly changing environment.
Accustomed to successfully meeting critical deadlines.
Must be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
