Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced Automation / DevOps Professional Services Engineer to join our team.
- In this role, you will design, implement, and optimize automation solutions for our clients, leveraging modern infrastructure-as-code practices and CI/CD methodologies.
- Design and deploy infrastructure automation solutions using Terraform and Bicep
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines to streamline client deployment processes
- Implement automation frameworks to reduce manual operational overhead
- Lead migration initiatives using industry-standard migration tooling
- Collaborate with clients to assess their automation maturity and develop roadmaps
- Provide technical guidance and best practices for DevOps transformation
- Document solutions and create runbooks for client teams
- Proficiency in Terraform and/or Bicep for infrastructure-as-code
- Hands-on experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab, GitHub Actions, or similar)
- Strong background in automation scripting and tooling
- Demonstrated experience with migration tooling and cloud migration projects
- Deep understanding of DevOps principles and practices
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Ability to travel up to 25% for client engagements and on-site project work
- Capable of working in various office and data center environments
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds occasionally
