- Identify process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
- Gather and document business and functional requirements.
- Create:
- Business Requirements Documents (BRD)
- Process Design Documents (PDD)
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- User Stories
- Use Cases
- Consolidate business scope, stakeholders, and user groups.
- Translate business requirements into automation-ready functional specifications.
- Support automation implementation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare all required RPA documentation and implementation artifacts.
- Participate in solution demonstrations and product walkthroughs.
- Work closely with automation developers and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
- Develop and execute test plans for automation solutions.
- Prepare UAT documentation and training materials.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) training sessions.
- Coordinate:

- Support post-production stabilization and issue resolution.
- Analyze business data to identify trends and process improvement opportunities.

- 5 years of Business Analysis experience.
- Strong experience in business process analysis and process documentation.
- Experience conducting stakeholder workshops and requirement gathering.
- Ability to write BRDs, PDDs, SOPs, User Stories, and Use Cases.
